Renters Reviews and Ratings
Pet policy change out of no where.
June 19, 2018Apparently they changed it to no pets claimed they stopped 7 years ago now i'm facing eviction over this even though multiple tenants have pets. Not Fair.Not Right. I know most say just give up the pets but i've had them 13 yrs and they are chihuahuas they have separation anxiety as it is, I could not put them through that and shouldn't have to over out of no where policy changes. Rude customer service at Ferrell Realty too. Do Not Recommend.Review from Apartments.com
