July 2, 2025Quiet community that cost too much. Once a clean, safe and pleasant environment but recent changes and incidents reflect providing tenants this type of environment is not a priority. The only consistent effort is lawncare which doesn't enhance the living experience (surprised tenants aren't charged for that service).Property Manager Responded

The staff is great; they're helpful and respectful.I feel the only thing that's needed is for them to hurry up with the treadmills in the gym, and maybe consider getting a park for people who have small children to play in!Property Manager Responded

September 16, 2024Very disappointed with price of rent here and quality of management and unit received. I feel like the units are really outdated and worn out, lots of damage and same rent charges.Property Manager Responded

August 30, 2024I just actually moved in a couple of weeks ago but so far so good is very clean peaceful is quiet as I don't know what I'm loving it as time goes on I'll be able to add more to my reviews but for now this is a beautiful place and the people here are very very niceProperty Manager Responded

August 11, 2024I love the new place I call home! Providence Park Apartments are well kept, quiet, and the overall experience has been amazing. The office staff are always willing to assist. The online and resident portal are a major plus for submitting work orders if necessary. Also, it’s easy to pay rent from the app or portal.
