It is an older one that could use a bit of additional upkeep by maintenance and grounds personnel to keep it presentable and functional (paint touchup before new resident move-in, trimming trees and bushes/hedges, upkeep of amenities, etc.). August 5, 2022I think Century Providence ran a tighter ship. Things have gone downhill some since the property was acquired by Bell Partners. Maintenance responsiveness has declined sharply, and the grounds are not kept as nice as they used to be. Some buildings are missing shudders, the asphalt is cracked, external paint needs to be touched up, security gates are always open, etc. Semi trucks park in the lots on nights and weekends. Despite all this Bell Partners continues to raise rents. I am not saying the ...place is terrible. The staff are friendly and helpful. We still feel safe in our home. I trust if we have a maintenance emergency that they will respond promptly to it. Its just that 5 years ago the complex was great, and now it is just good... and significantly more expensive.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 14, 2022The attention to detail in this apartment was below standard for an "updated" and upcharged apartment. The cleaning could have been better on the floors and cabinetry. The 'upgraded' cabinetry is a laminate, which was bubbling off 4 of the doors. Very unsightly. The dishwasher never worked from the onset and had to be ordered and has yet to come in after a month now. Not that they can control neighbors... but what a bummer living below a heard of thundering something. OH and no open flame ...of any sort is allowed, so I had put away my bbq and mini propane table. That would have been a nice thing to point out. Other than that, the walls are in good shape, the location is fantastic, grounds are kept well, the pool is nice and the bbq's are decent but they need a good cleaning.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

March 15, 2022I have read past reviews on the maintenance team at Providence that was not very pleasing. I will admit when I firtmoved in over a year ago they were less than average.
