May 3, 2025There are always maintenance problems. Maintenance is quick to respond but some same problems over and over. Elevators are a problem and have gone with no elevators for non mobile community. The halls are dirty. I’m forced to do money orders because I was given wrong information by the staff. Gates and doors rarely ever work and are just open proving no safety. The size and layout of the apartment is nice. The grounds in the courtyard are bare of grass due to run off rain.Property Manager Responded
