February 21, 2025I have lived at Providence in the Park for a month and a half now and was holding back on writing a review until I had been here a little while. So far my experience here has been phenomenal. The office staff is very communicative and responds to calls and emails promptly and courteously. When we moved in, our apartment needed a lot of maintenance. The team made sure to take care of any issues right away! The pest management was also quick to handle the issues we encountered upon moving in. I ...love the location of the the complex as it's near the highway so there is easy access but it's also near many restaurants and entertainment areas. The apartment itself is really great! I absolutely appreciate the size of the kitchen! The natural light that comes into the apartment is also fantastic. I love the look of the grounds and can appreciate that they are well maintained.
