June 4, 2025The community in my building is great. My neighbors are friendly and it is quiet. Such a step up from where I was living before. whenever there is a problem, Maintenance comes in a short time frame and fixes it. They are also very nice so I try to help them out by giving them waters if they are thirsty.Property Manager Responded

June 3, 2025The experience has been good for the most part. Only complaints would be the amount of bugs the apartments have(ground floor apartment) and neighbors have a VERY VERY noisy dog who barks constantly starting early in the morning and lasts all day at times. But to the complexes achievement each issue is always corrected promptly when request is put in on the app(unfortunately both just happen again a few days later).Property Manager Responded

June 3, 2025It’s been very nice thus far living here. For the most part it’s quiet with the occasional noise but we live in an apartment setting and that’s to be expected. I officially moved in at the end of October 2024 and I appreciate the suburb feel after growing up in the city all of my life so this is a new experience for me and I really like it. The common area amenities I have yet to utilize but it’s nice that they are on the property. May 29, 2025I recently moved into this apartment complex and so far I’ve been really happy with my experience. The staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly. The building is quiet, neighbors are respectful, and the overall atmosphere feels safe and welcoming. The unit itself was clean upon move-in, and I love the layout and natural lighting. Only downside is that parking can get a little tight at night, but otherwise everything has been great. Definitely feels like home!Property Manager Responded
