        In the past 6 months I have had a continued rodent issue in my kitchen area. Maintenance put out pellets, followed up once and then never again. Additionally, the trash drop off area has been an problem during my nearly 2 years here.

        The move was great and everyone was helpful at the leasing office , my apartment is very spacious and luxury , love how I have my own washer and dryer . The rooms are bigger and the closets have so much space . Enjoying the community at Prynne hills , love how it quiet and clean , the gym is nice and have good machines. .

        Excellent place to live. Beautiful grounds kept very clean and outside Landscape always does a great job. When things need to be fixed they have 24 hour maintenance. All around people are kind in the office. I love living here.
