Thank you again for the live training session yesterday, as well as for sending over the recording — both were incredibly helpful and informative!We are currently planning to turn on the Yardi integration on the 26th or 27th to give us a little buffer time for troubleshooting in case we run into any integration-related issues prior to launch. We're excited to get everything moving and want to make sure we are set up for a smooth transition and successful Go Live on the 1st.In the meantime, are there any additional items, configurations, or setup steps that we are able to complete in advance of the 1st? Or, since that is the official Go Live date, is that when all remaining updates and changes would need to occur?Thank you again for all of your support and guidance throughout this process — we truly appreciate it!

I moved into this apartment complex expecting a safe and functional living space, but my experience has been extremely frustrating from start to finish.
Before transferring units, I dealt with ongoing mold concerns in my previous apartment for almost 8 months. Despite reporting it multiple times, the issue was never properly resolved. I even used at-home petri dishes, which showed significant mold growth after being left in the unit. I did this in order to prove there was a mold issue in the ...
HVAC and try to get something done to fix it. Especially since I have a 4-week-old baby. Eventually, I was transferred to a different unit.
Unfortunately, the new unit has been in unacceptable condition since move-in. Upon arrival, I found:
-No hot water
-No dishwasher
-No washer and dryer (despite paying extra for these amenities)
-Missing light fixtures
-A non-working ice maker
-A sink with no drain line, causing water to spill every time it’s used
-A laundry room door that fell off
-A storage door that barely closes
-A Bedroom door that is missing a hinge
I was told these issues would be fixed by Monday by both the property manager and Assistant property manager multiple times. Yet that deadline passed with no resolution other than someone coming by to hit the reset button inside the water heater. Due to the amount of repairs having to be done I took the day off work since I was insured repairs would be completed by Monday and almost nothing was completed. This has all around been extremely frustrating and ridicules to say the least.

1 am retired and moved in to my 3rd floor 3BR 2 BA balcony apartment in Dec 2010 and really love it! My apartment is bright, spacious, has plenty of closet space and a wonderful floor plan. The office and maintenance staff are attentive to needs of the tenants. The grounds, new playground and pool areas are maintained very well. My neighbors are great!!!

My son and I have lived here coming up 4 years and we have made some of the most incredible memories. All of the amenities Puller Place offers is one reason that has kept us here so long. The staff and maintenance are all great. We love Amber, Mike and Tyler. With such little staff, they really do an amazing job of staying on top of everything. Currently live here. Almost 2 years now. Great location. Parking is horrible. It is stressful coming home at 5pm and there is no where to park. People let their pets poop in the lawn and leave it. Management act like they dont see it or care. Management is horrible. Maintenance is horrible, Mike tries to keep up. Rent just went up for no good reason. This place is not worth the “market” rate.
