My apartment is great but I really like the office spaces they have in the community room. I can meet with a colleague or have a meeting without having to go too far. Flo has been very helpful since I moved in this is my first apartment and she was patient and extremely kind.

I have lived here for 5 months, and my experience has been great. I live in a one bedroom with a study and it's perfect for my work from home lifestyle. Flo and Summer are easy to get ahold of and are on top of any issues that I have. Steve has been great as well.

I had a really pleasant experience on my tour. The staff there are amazing (Summer, Flo and Steve) I love that I will be moving into a brand-new apt that's actually worth the rent price.

Great Property

I love touring new properties just for fun. Although I’m not looking to move, I would definitely recommend this place. They’re brand new and the 3rd floor views are awesome. It was also refreshing to have a nice tour Flo provided a lot of info and she was very kind.

I had a tour today with Ms. Flo. She was amazing very informative and knowledgeable about the area. I’m moving from Houston so I’ve been nervous about the area I want to stay in but I really like this place and it’s brand new so I can’t wait to start my new journey!
