Best apartments in this area at this rental rate
December 31, 2021I have been here for a month and report nothing but a totally positive experience. There is some paperwork involved with applying to live here but that is standard in the apartment rental business. The office staff is busy but very professional in helping with that process. The apartments and the facility is very nice and it is in a very good location. The maintenance stuff is responsive and does fix issues when needed. I doubt you will find nicer apartments, with washer and dryer in unit, except ...at a much higher monthly rent rate, in this area.Property Manager Responded

The absolute WORST
December 5, 2021Giving this a One star is being generous. My family was in a difficult spot cause we had to move out in 2 months of our current place due to renovations. We went here and they said they can get us a unit, They kept asking us to fix papers over and over, so we had to do MULTIPLE trips. Promised multiple dates that we could move into the apartment and failed on all those promises, 3 months and they FINALLY told us that we had over the income required. And got disapproved. We are now homeless and ...have been staying in hotels cause we had hope in this place. The worse time of my life is because of this poor management, Should never trust these people. Literally ruined my family’s life, I wish this was an exaggeration.Property Manager Responded
