I don't usually write reviews, but I feel like I need to warn anyone considering moving into these apartments to look elsewhere.
This was my first apartment, and unfortunately, it turned out to be a terrible experience. The apartment was infested with roaches from the beginning. A maintenance worker broke one of our windows, and it was never repaired. A door knob was missing before we moved in and was told it would be fixed, never got fixed even the day I moved out. There was also mold in our ...
closet, and instead of properly addressing the issue, they simply painted over it.
The roach problem became so bad that when I moved out, I had to throw away all of my furniture because I didn't want to risk bringing the infestation into my new home.
To make matters worse, Kimberly did not return my full security deposit after I turned in my keys on the 1st. Her excuse was that she wasn't there to complete the move-out inspection, even though I returned the keys on time. I don't feel that was a fair reason to withhold part of my deposit. Till this day, I’m still going to get my remaining deposit back and it’s already been 6 months that they’ve been giving me a excuse that they already sent it when they haven’t.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the pest infestation, unresolved maintenance issues, mold, and the problems with getting my deposit back, I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.

Sometimes you guys take too long to fix the issues as well the carpets in the dining room are just not a good idea since we eat there and there's spills and cleaning the carpet is difficult and it keeps the smells when you cook

Overall good experience. Communication with maintenance request could be better. The gate to the pool sometimes locks me in, I have to jiggle it a bit to get it to open. Both Car entrances could be better.
