November 18, 2021Big issue with Amazon, UPS, USPS, FedEx going straight to the office. UPS AND FedEx usually deliver to your door, but AMAZON goes straight to the office without attempting to locate the apartment and management will accept it, For the price your paying here they should invest in a hub locker or mail box accessible after hours or just plainly stop accepting packages like they were doing during the pandemic. Property is alright but with the prices going up and dog park locked up and a sandy broken ...volleyball court just ain't the right place if your looking for the right place for the price. The dog park could be made bigger and place grass in there. Get rid of the volleyball court. Can waist money on rocks but not the amenities for the property. A/C will drive your electric bill over $300 in the summer there old and just plain broken down. Property gates never close gate is over 10 years old, Property walls are small anyone can jump them. Expect your vehicle to be broken in at night. Drive through and walk the community before considering, do a night and day walk through.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

VERY NICE
August 19, 2015VERY NICE COMMUNITY. The apts are decent size, nice visual appeal. The pools and hot tub is very nice, especially to enjoy after working. Only downfall to these apts is the pool closes at 10! Could use some updates, but overall a nice plc to live.Review from Apartments.com
