December 22, 2020Had an appointment to view an apartment. Got a confirmation via text and email the day we had an appointment. We waited, but management never showed. No call, no email. We left multiple messages. They never got back to us. Very unprofessional.Property Manager Responded

Keep raising the rent
June 29, 2014I am over all satisfied with living here but the kitchen is in desperate need of upgrades and the pool is either permanately stained or always dirty. If your going to keep uping the rents you need to sart making some improvements!!!!Review from Apartments.com
Great Place With Even Better Staff
November 9, 2013My family and I lived at Quail Hill for almost 6 years, from 2008 through 2013. It was a wonderful experience. The staff are very professional and highly responsive to any needs. They keep the property beautifully maintained and are keen to correct any problems. The apartments themselves are small, but comfortable and nicely laid out.
