Beautiful but worst maintenance ever
February 6, 2022The place is very nice. The grounds are clean and the gym is great. The tennis court has been shutdown for over a year, the breezeways are full of bikes and toys, and the vacuums at the car wash has been broke for over a year. The trash compacter stays broke and trash over fills the area which brings raccoons to the area so that part is not safe at night. Their maintenance is beyond bad. You have to send multiple requests in. The call center will lie to you and say someone is coming. Even if ...your heat is out in winter, nobody will come. Also in the summer is your a/c goes out, you gonna be waiting for a day or two. They once after calling for 8 hrs just to light the heat they told us to just deal with it that they didnt want to come do it. The pool is nice, parking is great, location is great, but if you need anything you are on your own.Property Manager Responded

Horrible Experience
July 5, 2019I am not one to leave reviews but this is the absolute WORST apartment complex I have ever dealt with in my life. The apartments were nice but as far as the office staff goes they made living there a nightmare! I would not refer my worst enemy to these apartments simply because the office staff is so unfriendly and I don’t think they even know what customer service is. Not only are they horrible when you live there but when you move out they charge you a RIDICULOUS amount and when you call upset ...they are EXTREMELY rude. I have never experienced such terrible service in my LIFE! I have a few friends that live there now and even they are counting down the seconds to being out of there because they hate the office so much! Please take my advice and do not consider these apartments especially if you have pets because they over charge you to move them in and to keep them there!Property Manager Responded

Quail Ridge Apartment
August 14, 2015Very family friendly atmosphere in this complex. With 2 pools, basketball area, workout gym and tennis courts, there is plenty of activity. Proximity to the golf course invites privacy and a beautiful view. The maintenance staff is always right there to take care of any and all issues. Most importantly, the Bartlett area is a safe and clean community.Review from Apartments.com
