I’ve really like the property managers are great. They are really kind a personable. They’re super on top of the maintenance here. They’ve made my experience here very good. It’s a quiet neighborhood near the high school. My only things is that traffic in this area can be pretty bad. But for the price I pay here, I’ve really enjoyed it. Just renewed my lease with them.

I’ve been living at Quail Ridge East for 4 years now and it’s been a great experience. The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, and the community is quiet and safe. Management and maintenance are always responsive and helpful. It’s been a comfortable and stress-free place to call home, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a solid place to live.

We've been here 4 years now and still love it! Diane and leff are awesome and every interaction with them is personable. Even with the maintenance guys! It's a pretty quiet area, not too much happens. It's pet friendly, has a pool & gym and free internet for tenants. There's also schools, churches and a huge number of businesses located within walking distance, which is such a plus!

Overall, the grounds are very well maintained. All the staff are very friendly and take your concerns seriously. All the facilities are great and the units are well made. The free internet is amazing. The neighborhood is safe and I've never had any issues with theft. The only real complaint is noise. The walls are thin so you will be able to hear your neighbors watching TV or their dogs barking in the middle of the night. Overall, though, I am still very satisfied with my stay and would recommend ...
