Would give a 0 if I could!!! Been here since December! I paid $150 extra for a “renovated” unit... let me tell you!!! It was missing baseboards, toilet roll holders, rods in the closets, lights, the floor has soft spots that feel like you are going to fall through the fixtures in the shower come out of the wall cabinets don’t close. The step to come upstairs is broken and I have asked them to fix it because I have fallen off of it 2 times. I have a horrible infestation of roaches and they don’t ...
care and I had a leak under my sink that took 2 weeks to have them come look at it and then they send a guy that told me he has no clue how to fix it and then lied to me about fixing it then the “maintenance manager” then yelled at me called me a lier and cussed me. We then found black mold all over the kitchen which they won’t fix so because me and my infant son refuse to live in mold and roaches they are now evicting me because they refuse to fix the problem!

Lived here twice and some of the better apartments I have lived in managers are very nice when no other apartments would let me in they would the second time I lived here they are great maintenance could be better but that's every apartment last unit carpet started coming up Bc of the vacuum but it is a cheep apartments so I understand they use to be real bad but they have gotten a lot better would move back if they would let me if your looking for a cheaper place to call home they will help you ...

This place has went downhill in every way. Maintenance is awful, when they finally show up, things are not fixed properly. They showed up 3 times to attend to a few issues and each time signed the work order as though they were done yet, they were never completed. They have two pools, but good luck getting to utilize them; they have been closed almost all summer. You also have to be cautious of maintenance in your apt when you are not home, things have came up missing. The managers will not ...
listen to any complaints the tenants have especially if they are in regards to their staff. It's cheap living for a reason.

Quail ridge apartments in sulphur springs tx is very good community we got the manager who set up bible study for the kids to reach out them and give them something to do they also have two swimming pools both of them 9ft deep which you gotta have adult supervision for kids under 18 but they attend the pools everyday to check the water and kids who has no supervision and also they treat there property properly and well with two playgrounds well attended to with the cut grass and cleaned area they ...
try hard to reach out to the community to keep the complex clean but people don't but they may have criminal history of shooting or violence but that's rarely now since they have crime watch and policemen scanning the Area but other than that nice neighborhood and complex beautiful tree and grass and a nice land mass and a pond to fish in so my overall is a 4 star rating
