  • A nightmare

    I don’t know where to start!! Thie corporation iis a joke!!! We moved into a 3 bedroom house 3 months ago. One of the party’s decided to break the lease and paid the fee to do so. Therefore, we were given the option to move or resign another lease. We wanted to sign another lease and let the office know. And that was our plan for the last 2 weeks. Well today, we were informed from corporate office that we couldn’t resign the lease. So we have to be out in 22 days. Corporate told me that we ...
    couldn’t afford the house. How do they know our finances?? We make plenty of money to recent the house. We asked if they could let us stay until the 7of the next month because that’s when an apartment was going to be ready for us and the answer was no. It seems to me that corporate is making up rrules as they go. I would be careful renting from quail ridge.

  • No Internet Provided to Residents

    Terrible. I moved in at the beginning of July 2021 and I have not been given internet access as of September. The exclusive internet company that Quail Ridge offers has canceled all of my appointments to set up internet service. No explanation has been given as to why. I have contacted the internet service provider and Quail Ridge on several occasions and they still can’t seem to get a technician out to set it up. If you were thinking about using data instead of wifi, the area that Quail Ridge is ...
    in does not support reliable cellular data so that is not an option. Do not lease these apartments if you plan to access the internet or use a smartphone while home.
