    Looking for a safe reasonably priced apartment in Thomasville? This ain’t it. My car was stolen out of the lot. There is no security, and staff did not care in the least. The apartments are overpriced and management is beyond incompetent. Stay away.

    Great middle-class complex! Great management - treats residents with respect and cares about their "home" needs. We seem to have a better caliber of residents than most complexes - thank goodness. This is a safe, well maintained, family (or singles) neighborhood. It is quiet and we just do not have the problems that most apartment complexes experience today. Been here 3 years and plan to stay at least 3 more.

    This is an excellent community. We have lived in three different apartments over the years … once to change from upstairs to downstairs apt and once moved away to a different location but wound up coming back to Quail Rise because we liked this apartment community so much better than the other place we moved even though the other was more expensive and advertise as so great. This is a safe, quiet - yet family friendly OR single friendly community. There seems to be a much higher caliber of ...
    residents here than most complexes. Management here is excellent and obviously takes great care to keep it one of the best apartment communities in Thomasville.
