I've been excited about moving here since I first walked into the office and met LaVita. She made the experience feel warm and welcoming. The apartment that I moved into is nice, clean, and spacious. The only negative was that the enclosed patio has a pet smell. At first I thought it was fresh paint but I've been here a week and when I open the patio door the smell is strong. I think it needs to be deodorized. I'll request it from maintenance but if not I'll bleach it because I feel sick and I ...

Quail Run is quiet and the landscape is well maintained. However this could really be seen if they refreshed the paint and replace ALL the broken shutters. In addition , another issue for me, is the bathrooms are TOO small, and the vanities and tubs are TOO low for an adult?

I have been a long time resident and I have never had any problems with security or repairs while here. Staff is very accommodating and Maintenance problems are handled expeditiously. Thanks to All the staff at Quail Run!!
