wonderful
January 20, 2026I’ve been here almost 2 years and I love it. The only thing is everyone should have the same rules with their dogs as others. Also the neighbors are quiet but are always so worried about everyone and thing that has not a thing to do with them. Maintenance Josh is the best of the best. The Property Manager Alberto always tries his best to help but he can’t be a babysitter for a bunch of adults. The apartments are spacious and very beautiful. I love my apartment. Just the neighbors are a little ...bored and in people personal space.Property Manager Responded

July 28, 2022Overall, it is well situated. Close to supermarkets, school, shopping. Bus stop and train are near. Spacious. However, you can hear everything from your neighbors and complaining will get you no where because nothing is ever done. It is supposed to be a smoke free community which is further from the truth. Residents don’t always pick up after their dogs and let them loose. Aside from a toddler playground, there’s not much older children can do. Maintenance staff is really good. Buildings used to ...be much cleaner. Not much insulation so you’ll pay if you want a warm house in the winter. Central AC. It’s close to my job and right now, I can’t afford to move out so, I’m staying. Whenever I need to get a better night of sleep, I go to my sister’s house in a neighboring town because my neighbor thinks she is the only one living in the building and as I mentioned, why bother complaining?Property Manager Responded
