My "Home Sweet Home" for over 3 years
August 18, 2022I lived content and safe in Quail Run in Smithville for a little over 3 years. I moved in in 2019 and the rental rate they charged was very fair - a great value for the space, especially because I had a private backyard. My townhouse was freshly painted and clean-as-a-whistle when I moved in. Everything worked perfectly (appliances, etc) and during my residency, the manager, Kim, and the maintenance man, Julio, were extremely responsive to my requests. Placement matters:
February 26, 2021My family and I have lived here for months almost a year and recently transferred from a 2 bedroom to 3 bedroom due to growing family. Although the roads are a little rougher and could use some management I'd stay most of the time the place is extremely well kept. There is a large grass area down at the end of the street where our children play. Great for families!Review from Apartments.com
