      I love living here. It's not dense, and it's roomy even if I'm in a studio. The admin responds relatively fast and I've had no problems with anything with the management, facilities, billing, etc. The cuts of the units aren't weird or anything. In fact, it makes so much sense and it's so spacious. So close to Penn and Drexel, and there are great restos around. You have a coffee shop (Madis) right in front, which is a popular place. Japanese resto, and even some food trucks nearby. If you're ...
      going to Penn, I couldn't recommend it enough. Community is good, largely students too and maybe some yuppies in the area. I don't use the facilities, but there's a gym. If you're a student, one minor con is that there is no common room for studying, but it's fine. I love to study in my room. I love how homey this brick building is. The appliances are top-notch. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained. Just overall very happy and will be sad when I leave.
