My roommate and I are going on our third year living at Quarry Edge 445, and we have had nothing but positive experiences to date.
The GEBSCO management team is exceptional. They are incredibly easy to reach, professional, and prompt at addressing any issues that arise. The building is also cleaned regularly. They even offer up free Red Sox tickets to tenants throughout the season! I have experienced first hand several "absentee" landlords and property managers in the past, and I can assure ...
you that is not the case here.
Our apartment itself is spacious, modern, comfortable, and QUIET. The walls are quite thick, and we have never had an issue with noisy neighbors. The in-unit washer/dryer is a huge plus, and the gym on the first floor has all of the essentials.
I highly recommend Quarry Edge to anyone looking for a safe, affordable, and conveniently located apartment just outside of the city!

This is a great place to live. Really nice renovation and excellent available property management. Nice layouts and good natural light. Close to South Shore shopping Mall, buses and T to Boston.
