DO NOT LIVE HERE! GIVE MONEY TO A COMPLEX WHO CARES AND NOT SO RUDE!
November 26, 2024DO NOT LIVE HERE! GIVE YOUR MONEY TO ANOTHER COMPLEX!! I am relocating to Springfield, MO for work. I had a scheduled appointment with Dhalia, the brand new girl working the front desk to tour the 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartments. I show up early for my appointment, NO ONE IS THERE. I get stood up. I try calling, multiple times and people pick up, but no one gets back to me. No one gave me a warning to not show up either. The next day comes, I call Quarry Town and ask if someone can give me a ...tour of the 1 bedrooms despite being stood up. Another girl answers, confirms there will be someone to show me around and to go ahead and head to this complex. I arrive at Quarry Town, I wait in the lobby for over an hour, meet and speak to another resident there, and I AM STOOD UP AGAIN after being told to head to this complex! I have also spoke to the property manager who was SO RUDE, MANDY at Green Circle Projects, and she kept refusing to give me the name of her supervisor to speak to. I have never had to go through a process like this one and I have lived in many complexes. DO NOT LIVE HERE. So incredibly rude and they do not care if anyone gets back to you or not.Property Manager Responded
