    The minute you fix up the house they will not renew your lease so they can sell it for more. Also if you have to go through general assistance don't because she will tell you she can't because it puts a burden on their business. Worse place I've ever lived.

    This has been a wonderful expereance for my family I was looking for a fresh start and found it here managment has always been helpful as well as accomidating I was informed upon my arrival that they were under new managment and were cleaning up the community and building there reputation with some good old fashoned hard work!! the other residents in the community helped me when i moved in , there was a fire at my home and i lost everything and when i moved in the whole community had worked ...

    Rat infested

    I have seen more then 5 of these trailers all of which are infested with rats. One of them was the size of a small dog. With this going on for about 3 months, nothing has been done to take care of the issue. With small children and pets in this trailer court the issue needs to be taken care of in a timely and professional manner. Administration has been notified several times in the past 3 months with no action taken.
