Responsive Team and Well-Maintained Property
March 9, 2025I’ve had a great experience living at Quatama Crossing. The property is well-maintained, and the management team, especially Devon Patterson, has been incredibly responsive and helpful. Maintenance requests are consistently handled within the same day, and emailed questions are answered promptly. Although I don't use the amenities, I really appreciate the food trucks that regularly visit the property. Quatama is income-restricted, so there may be some hurdles to qualify, however, the rent is ...reasonable compared to other places in the area. Plus, they allow cats, which is a huge bonus for pet owners. Highly recommend!Property Manager Responded
