Old and expensive!
November 29, 2020This place is terrible! Everything from appliances to the dirty old smelly carpet is just awful. I want to like the place but for what you get and the amount you pay its not worth it. On top of that the rent goes up every year. Beware.Review from Apartments.com
Quatama - Max Life
October 9, 2015My husband and I moved into the Quatama Village apartments a little over a month ago and have had a very pleasant experience. At first Comcast was having a lot of issues getting internet set up (totally their lack of knowledge at fault) but the apartment manager and the maintenance guys were really great about it all and on top of everything. Also a very short and safe walk to the MAX which I almost always take to work. Parking in the apartments could be an issue if you have more than one care ...as unassigned parking is a bit sparse, but not so bad that I would deem it awful, especially with the MAX being so close.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
