Great place and staff - Maintenance Staff goes above and beyond
February 25, 2026I moved in recently into a 1 bedroom on the first floor. I really love my new apartment, it's close to eateries, malls and hospitals. The tenants are friendly and helpful. What made me feel happy was to see how hardworking and pleasant the maintenance staff is. Adrian, Kelly and Luis go above and beyond to assist the tenants. We had a blizzard a few days ago and they stayed on top of snowplowing and clearing the walkways. If I have any questions, they are always willing to assist any way ...they can. Also Carter from the leasing office is friendly and informative with any questions or concerns. I am a single female and feel very safe here. It's also a quiet community and they have a pool if you want to use it in the summer there is a fee. Laundry facilities are close to the apartments. I highly recommend to anyone.Property Manager Responded

She showed me a brand new renovated apartment that would be prefect for me since I have a hard time with stairs. I then met with Katie the Leasing agent so she can help me fill out my application. They were both very polite and informative when I asked what was in the area. July 7, 2022I recently toured this property, I showed up with no appointment and the manager was so amazing and accommodating, she stopped everything she was doing to assist me. I toured an apartment and the manager was extremely knowledgeable answered all my questions and was so patient and seemed to really care about my requirements as I had quite a few. Due to health reasons I may not be able to rent at this property but the apartments looked amazing, as did the community.
