Best spot in Wedgewood to Live!
June 12, 2024I have absolutely loved my experience living at Queens Wedgewood! First of all, the neighborhood is the absolute best! Living here you are walkable to all of the best spots and having Mercado & Ramones in the building is so awesome. I have lived in an apartment in almost neighborhood in Nashville; Germantown, 12 South, East, The Gulch & Franklin and this has by far been my favorite place in the city to live. Living within walking distance to Geodis Park was also a huge selling point for me. ...The building is unlike any other apartment in Nashville. You can tell ownership put so much time and thought into the amenities and artwork around the building. I have actually met some of the artists that did the murals at Queens and the meaning behind them just makes living here that much cooler. My top three favorite amenities are the gym, pool and The Shelby (Cool rooftop & music venue at the top of building 3). I actually was able to host a birthday party at the rooftop last month and all of my friends were completely blown away by the space. The events the staff put on are really cool and I will say Nick that does the Yoga & Pilates classes is an ICON. He literally hosts the best classes EVERY single Saturday! Brittany & Aqua on the leasing team are amazing and have been extremely helpful anytime I have gone to the office and needed something. I haven't really had any maintenance issues in my apartment but the maintenance team is constantly walking the property and making sure everything looks nice and is in place. Unsafe, Poorly Managed, and Cheaply Constructed - Avoid Queens at All Costs
April 26, 2024TLDR: Living at Queens has been a constant struggle due to safety issues, unresponsive management, and shoddy construction. From car break-ins to stolen packages and thin walls, I've faced numerous problems. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for housing in the Nashville area. I never thought I'd find myself writing a review like this, but my experience at Queens has left me no choice. I feel a responsibility to share my story and warn others about the numerous issues I've faced while living ...here. When I first moved in, my car was broken into the first night. I later discovered that there had been at least 10 car break-ins in the months prior. Shockingly, ownership had left all garage and building doors unlocked the entire time, and continued to do so for a full month after my own car was broken into. It took a resident petition to finally force them to take action and secure the building. They also took zero responsibility for the break ins and left me holding the bag for repairing the damages to my car. This complete disregard for resident safety is unacceptable. On top of the security issues, the building itself is cheaply constructed. I was assured that the walls and floors were double insulated, but in reality, they're paper-thin. I can hear my neighbors at all hours of the day, making it difficult to relax or even work from home. Additionally, there are random, unscheduled fire alarm tests that can last over an hour during business hours, further disrupting residents' lives. Lastly, the elevator breaks all the time, including during my move in. If you're expecting your packages to be safe, think again. Packages are left unsecured (even though there are lock boxes), and I've had multiple deliveries stolen. It's just one more headache to deal with in a long list of problems. I've tried to be patient and understanding, but the truth is, the ownership at Queens seems more focused on filling units than ensuring the safety and comfort of their residents. If you're considering moving here, I strongly urge you to reconsider. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and potential safety risks by looking elsewhere.Property Manager Responded

NOT SAFE. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!
March 2, 2024Please do not live here!!!!! Feels incredibly unsafe and unfortunately the staff is disrespectful and dismissive of any concerns residents have. So many safety concerns and have gone 8 months with no amenities, no maintenance responses, horrible and unsafe parking, multiple car break ins, and no communication from the leasing office. I am in the process of trying to break my lease and everyone I know here wants to get out ASAP!Property Manager Responded

Safety concerns
March 2, 2024Despite complaints and concerns raised by residents regarding safety concerns, management has shown little to no interest in addressing them. While they offer a comfortable living experience in terms of open floor plans, amenities (lengthy delays, still waiting for some to open) and location, the management's neglect of resident safety is a significant drawback.Property Manager Responded

Not luxury, do not move here.
January 31, 2024They do not care about your happiness. Moved in to a "brand new" apartment and it was disgusting. Never cleaned, pee in the toilet, dirt and broken glass. No concessions offer. The train is so loud, not to mention the industrial businesses working all hours of the night. Still under construction. Once management moved over, it stopped feeling personal.
