The rent is reasonable (one of the best rates for a comparable size and value), includes many utilities that aren’t included elsewhere, and has proven to be a quiet neighborhood thus far. The staff is excellent; maintenance, to the property manager, and the owner, they are all courteous and helpful! Recently, I had an unexpected plumbing issue, and maintenance got to work right ...away and worked all day to ensure the problem was resolved in a timely manner. If you are looking for a reasonable priced apartment in a quiet area in close proximity to shopping and transit, I encourage you to give them a call and try it out!Read More
