The prices are some of the cheapest in the Annapolis area but it is very clear why once you move in. Roaches, mice, overflowing dumpsters, stolen packages, loud neighbors, poor communication with management, and marijuana smells filling the building. Management rarely responds to complaints. The kitchen cabinets are peeling, dishwasher doesn't work well, half the outlets don't work unless the bright LED overhead lights are on, and there aren't enough outlets available throughout the apartment. ...
The windows aren't sealed well, especially in the bedroom, which makes it difficult to keep warm in the winter. I am counting down the days until I can leave this place. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. AVOID!!
