May 30, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThese are not quiet apartments. The stereos are window shaking. Every door has self slamming hinges and they knock pictures off the walls. There is usually a party every weekend at the pagoda with lots of screaming and music blaring. The ladies in the office are sweet but don't have much of a say in anything here, that is all decided elsewhere. Oh and word of warning, the poolwater doesn't get changed.

There is some paperwork involved with applying to live here but that is standard in the apartment rental business. The office staff is busy but very professional in helping with that process. The apartments and the facility is very nice and it is in a very good location. The maintenance stuff is responsive and does fix issues when needed. December 5, 2021 - Review from Apartments.comGiving this a One star is being generous. My family was in a difficult spot cause we had to move out in 2 months of our current place due to renovations. We went here and they said they can get us a unit, They kept asking us to fix papers over and over, so we had to do MULTIPLE trips. Promised multiple dates that we could move into the apartment and failed on all those promises, 3 months and they FINALLY told us that we had over the income required. And got disapproved. We are now homeless and ...have been staying in hotels cause we had hope in this place. The worse time of my life is because of this poor management, Should never trust these people.
