August 11, 2025I have lived here since 2019 . Sadly I will be leaving now. I liked it here. My apt although not updated was located in a nice spot. The green and well kept landscape was a plus. Having an attached garage was important for me. There were maintenance issues over the years some were corrected others were not. .The apt. Itself suited my needs. There was plenty of light a large patio ample livingroom and bedroom . Although I never used it there was a wood burning fireplace. It was a nice place to ...live. Unit had dents in drywall, door falling apart, shower not installed properly causing leak downstairs. Maintenance ignores issues and claims issue is resolved.
