April 16, 2024Just recently moved in and overall a great experience. The apartment is wonderful and all the staff and maintenance are incredible. There are some noise issues with the hallway noise resonate quite loudly as well as other pipes and such occasionally making noticeable levels of noise in the walls. Worst though is on the street side at night, there is a LOT of noise from cars, trucks and others that was not expected. The building can’t control that aspect but maybe would have been nice to know ...about beforehand. Still very excited about the move and looking forward to my time here.Property Manager Responded

January 3, 2024I just moved in a little over a week so far, so keep that in mind, but so far Quinn has been amazing. It’s a very new building and the rooms feel high-quality - not like so many condo buildings that will obviously require renovation after 5-10 years. The one & 2 bedroom apartments are big for this area with a nice flow and large closets. The residents are mostly adults and it has a calm, quiet feel to it that makes it feel more like a personal space and less like a warehouse for yuppies.The ...amenities are almost as good as you can get in the area (gym, pool, lounges, theater, etc). Maintenance is in house. It’s a bit of a walk to Grove or Exchange (like 15 min) but you can take the light rail to exchange in like 5 min. The neighborhood is older with townhouses primarily and several tree-lined walking paths through a nearby forest. Downtown JC is one of the most vibrant and safest places in the US with new businesses and services are opening every month and many New Yorkers moving overProperty Manager Responded
