Rental Details: • Studio Units: Starting at $975 per month for a 24-month lease. • One-Bedroom Units: Starting at $1,250 per month for a 24-month lease. • Two-Bedroom Units: Starting at $1350 per month for a 24-month lease. • Security Deposit: Equivalent to 1.5x times the monthly rent. • Our applications are $55 per person over the age of 18 that will be living at the location. June 3, 2025I've been living at REO Gateway Apartments for several months now, and I couldn't be happier. The building is beautifully designed with high-end finishes. Everything still feels brand new and well-maintained. What really sets this place apart is the location—REO Town has a great vibe, and I love being able to walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and the river trail.
