We are so happy that we moved into the REVA. It is a beautiful building with great facilities and staff is wonderful! The view from our window into the courtyard is gorgeous. Downtown Rahway is walking distance from the apartment and has so much to offer with eating out and the local brewery. Plus we are just 2 blocks from the train station for quick access into NYC. Perfect choice for a place to live.

Great Experience/Helpful Staff

The REVA has been awesome from my first conversation with Kyle back in June to current day with Asha and JR, and his staff being responsive. The attention to "doing what they say they will do" hasn't diminished from the sales cycle into my living experience. Asha has been terrific with answering my questions and fulfilling my requests, I could not ask for a better experience. The amenities have been every bit a positive experience as the Gym, Business Center and Pool Room are always organized ...
and clean. Finally, the REVA location is great for taking the train to the Airport and/or NYC, with access to Route 1, Garden State Parkway and Turnpike and for walking downtown for many of the restaurants. If I had to do it all over again, I would choose REVA it's been a great decision!!

The team at REVA is great! They always keep their residents up to date on community events and building updates. The team does an amazing job keeping the building safe and clean. Additionally, Kyle was able to match me with the perfect unit. He was very detailed, informative, and made my first renter's experience stress free.

Having just moved in, I can confidently say this apartment community is the right fit. Its location down the street from a train station (single seat ride to nyc) makes my commute tolerable. Apartment is modern and spacious and amenities are really nice (haven’t spent too much time trying them out yet). I’ve found neighbors to be friendly and management team attentive. So far so good!

1. The apartment appliances are very cheap. They are broken easily. Mine was not fixed ever. 2. Not enough guest parking. 3. Don't believe when they tell you, you are in parking waitlist. They guarantee when you have a contract in the beginning, but no. They do not also have any information regarding public garages near the apartment. 4. The elevators are always broken. 5. Be aware of policy changes. They only follow when they need, but you have to. 6. Noise. They said they don't have any issue ...
with noise, but definitely not. You can hear footsteps so clearly and you can even know where your neighbor is in the house. There is policy regarding noise, and they only give verbal or written warning. They don't kick out anybody per their policy, while you are struggling with the noise. 7. Do not expect communication. They will barely answer your email, especially if it is complaint. Pros? New apartment?
