    10 days of fire alarms in 2 months

    This building has fire alarm activations literally all the time. This week they are testing the fire alarm system for multiple hours every day. A couple of weeks ago they did power washing in the garage and set the alarms off all day. The fire alarms go off randomly at night, like 2am for hours. If you have a baby or work from home or work nights, this is not the building for you. The staff in the office do not care about the alarms and make zero effort mitigate their impact.     We are in the process of moving in so have not really had much experience with the community. Both Chrissy and Esther have been wonderful throughout the tour and application process as well as the day we received our “keys”.     This is by far one of the best apartments that I have ever lived at. The pool, club house and gym are absolutely amazing! Everyone is so nice and willing to help out if needed. One of the Leasing Agents, Ester, is very helpful and knowledgeable about this complex. Made our transition very easy.
