They helped us resolve an issue with our kitchen sink and dishwasher recently. It was not an easy fix, but Andy and Marvin fixed the problem quickly. They always are friendly, helpful and can fix everything.

There are many pros to living here. I've been here for 2.5 years so far and haven't had any major complaints except for the parking, which is limited due to Rahway Parking Authority owning most of it in the back. The rent is pricey, but you get what you pay for, and you're paying for the proximity to the train station. There are many things to do in Rahway and this location is in the center of it all. Your packages are always delivered to your door and are never bothered no matter how many ...

We just moved in 3 months ago and River Place has been great so far! Pros are the proximity to the train, friendly neighbors, spacious and renovated apartment layouts, the building is always clean and has a wonderful atmosphere. Only cons are that it has been a bit difficult getting responses for repairs. Parking can be difficult during peak hours on weekends, and sometimes even week nights - so they need to regulate the "residents only" parking areas a bit better. Overall it has been a wonderful ...

I have lived in my apartment for 2 1/2 years. All of the staff are amazing and very helpful. I love how clean and neat the buildings are all the time. I have had very few issues while living here and management was quick to take care of the problems when I did. I love the security of the place and the close proximity to the train station and other locations. I appreciate the fact that there is a garage. Even though it costs extra, it's definitely worth it, especially in the winter months.

We lived here for over 4.5 years, and moved out a while ago. It started out great, but then the building was sold, and all the good, trustworthy staff left. We had a building manager who broke into apartments to steal things (everyone got a $25 gift card that cost $6 to activate for that). There was the super who refused to believe that the oven wasn't working and was "too busy" to care. The building quickly fell into disrepair. The management didn't prepare enough for hurricane sandy (the place ...
is downhill from the river). Worse, they didn't properly clean up afterwards. The stairwells and hallways have no natural light, and the emergency backup only lasts for an hour. There are no generators. Plus, the doors that are locked for keycard access don't lock anymore once the power is out. The best thing about this place was Little Portugal, but that's gone now, too.
I keep seeing reviews of this place that are clearly fake being posted - maybe you guys should put more effort into proper maintenance and less into lying on the internet.

This apartment complex is great! I moved in two years ago and have one more year to go. I move around a lot and it's always nice to find an apartment that you feel comfortable in right away. It's two block from the NJ Transit train that goes directly into Penn Station New York, it also stops at the Newark Airport. Easy to get on the highway too. I always feel safe and know that any packages I have delivered are safe too.
