Average Apartment Complex - Not Worth The Rent
April 1, 2024The building is well maintained and in an ok location. The downside to the location is it being so close to the shopping center next door. I have been yelled at on multiple occasions by people in the shopping center while walking my dog. My dog has also been approached by multiple dogs that people walk off leash around the complex. There is never any parking by the front of the building after 9 pm most nights. We live on the first floor and light fixtures are constantly falling out of the ...ceiling, we've had to have three separate fixtures reinstalled in the 10 months we've lived here.Property Manager Responded

Terrible experience
August 26, 2022While my experience at Rockledge began with no hot water on move in day, although maintenance was quick to address. We were completely nickeled and dimed on move out, with over $800 in surprise fees as they would not prorate my last month rent despite giving ample notice of termination. My dog was also bitten by another dog at the dog park and I did not feel safe with either my furbaby or real baby being present on premise.Property Manager Responded

It was an unfortunate event that caused you to have to terminate your lease early and while we understand personally that these things can happen in life, we are also bound to the terms and conditions of your signed lease contract. Early terminations require the termination fee, along with the full rent for the move out month. We always seek the opportunity to rectify any problems within our community, so we truly wish to have been made aware of any altercations at the dog park. April 22, 2022Absolutely the most wonderful experience I’ve ever had in apartment hunting. Not only did they meet my expectations, but they have far exceeded them. I have never had such a great experience; from the very first phone call requesting info to the week after move-in. Bianca has been a DREAM to work with and I really couldn’t feel more right about my decision to choose Rockledge Flats as my new home. I went through SO many options and I always came back to Rockledge. The interiors are refreshingly ...modern but classic, giving you a lot of room to work with design-wise. The floor plans and amenities are thoughtfully placed. Beautiful Community and Amazing Staff!
January 20, 2022I was looking for a nice community in the area and stumbled across Rockledge Flats online. When I came in for a tour, I absolutely fell in love. The pool is beautiful and makes you feel like you are at a resort. My friends and I love grilling up food on the BBQ and playing pool in the game area. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I've lived at so many other communities and I can tell that they really care here! They always have a treat ready for my dog when we come in. The dog park is ...pretty big with outside furniture and my dog loves running around after a long day inside. My apartment is beautiful and I love being the first person to live in it! After living here for 6 months I can honestly say it is one of the best communities out there!Property Manager Responded
