October 7, 2025I don’t have many complaints far. My only complaint is that the gate to the garage is almost always broken. There was a lack of communication in regards to residence parking the front until recently, but other than that my experience has been good.Property Manager Responded

Lots of thefts
July 23, 2025Things are always breaking, and they never replace them, especially the gates. They are always broken. My tires (4) and a neighbor's tires and wheels got stolen over multiple weeks inside the "Gated garage" that we pay to park in. The property is MIA and is taking no responsibility. They have no cameras inside the parking deck, which would be very easy to add, as they are always seeing thefts within the gates. If you drive anything nicer than a 2000 Toyota prius I suggest living somewhere that's ...going to care more about their facility maintenance.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

June 26, 2025Hello! As a whole, I enjoy renting from RT Dairies! Length of stay: 6 mos. Likes: - Community is clean! Cleaners come weekly to clean the hallways! - Office staff is responsive and nice! (Brooke, Joslyn and Kira always answer my emails quickly!) - Apartment units are spacious and modern - Maintenance team is timely and efficient (Kemar and Curtis have helped me several times with maintenance requests! Great work!) - Walkable distance to many things - Dog runs are always clean! - Parking ...deck is convenient and clean. - Key fobs are functional! You need a fob to get in/around the entire building! - The community is primarily quiet! - There are routine/fun residential events! Dislikes: - If you live on the side facing Alton East, the trash pickup is very loud - The Grady EMS ambulances sound their alarms sometimes very loud - Extra fees: when you pay your rental installments, there’s a base sewer/water fee and an extra fee that is calculated on your usage (kinda confusing)!Property Manager Responded

Shoutout to Isaac
June 2, 2025Thanks to Isaac for helping us with our fryer problem. He is always helpful and also recently helped us during Memorial Day weekend when our ac went out. April 29, 2025The building is nice, but it was hard to get ahold of leasing once I saw my approval had gone through. Once that was handled things became easier. The main elevator is down, which is big the biggest inconvenience. Overall all though my neighbors are nice and the building feels safeProperty Manager Responded
