April 29, 2025The building is nice, but it was hard to get ahold of leasing once I saw my approval had gone through. Once that was handled things became easier. Diligent Maintenance Team
April 11, 2025While there are several property fixes that management needs to address (broken elevator, etc) the maintenance team that services the individual apartments are great. Twice now we have submitted maintenance requests and they arrive bright and early the next day, diligently fixing everything in the home. Dairies is fire!!
March 24, 2025I have been a resident at the Dairies for about two months now and this is by far my favorite place I have stayed thus far. I haven’t had any issues, and the one maintenance request I had was handled by Joshlyn and the maintenance team immediately. Joshlyn, Kira, Brooke and Anthony have been instrumental in making me more than comfortable and welcome here. I come to the leasing office frequently just to speak to them! A true sense of community. March 21, 2025I moved in about a month ago and RT Dairies has been so amazing. A huge shoutout to Joshlyn in the leasing office for going above and beyond for me. If it weren’t for her I wouldn’t have gotten my apartment. She was very responsive, professional and also just genuinely cares. After move in she called to follow up and make sure I settled in well, which i’ve never experienced at an apartment. The maintenance guys are all awesome too! Isaac has done a great job and also has gone above and beyond ...for me! The amenities are clean and updated and can’t wait to experience more as I continue to live here!Property Manager Responded
