February 23, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comLost packages, constant dog pee in the elevators and hallways, faulty fire alarms that go off for HOURS multiple times causing us to evacuate down 40 flights of stairs, disgusting bug infestations all summer long, multiple unfixed water leaks in our apartment and throughout the building, broken tiles, thin walls with loud upstairs neighbors that blast loud music all hours of the night, constant smell of weed and cigarette smoke, and the list goes ON. February 13, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comTerrible, rude concierge service. Shoddy construction. Very poor management even for basic things like handling of package deliveries. False fire alarm goes off very frequently due to poor building design. Indoor pool and associated amenities stay closed for several months so the management can cut corners.Property Manager Responded
