Great Place to Live...with some flaws
April 23, 2022In terms of the positives, The resident portal makes it easy to pay rent. The manager is very nice. The complex is great. It has a huge parking lot, I never thought twice about where to park. The maintenance crew is top-notch and any issues are solved within one to two days. They’re always working on something. The apartment is huge with a lot of storage space. You get a washer, dryer & dishwasher in the unit which is hard to come by. Most delivery packages are brought right to your door. There ...is a full workout gym here that barely anyone goes to, basically a private gym. During the summer months, there's a pool with an on-duty lifeguard. The entire complex is pet friendly. Ryan's Run is positioned close to all the major roadways, for someone who travels quite often it's super convenient. In terms of the Negatives, There is not much to do in the general area unless you drive somewhere else. The walls are paper-thin, On most days I can hear my neighbor's TV and can sometimes hear what the news anchor is saying. The people who live here are rude. For the most part, it’s quiet here but the neighbors in my section are always slamming doors and would constantly be really loud. One time I had company over and could both hear my neighbor screaming at the top of their lungs and cursing obscenities at someone over the phone, so embarrassing. In terms of the general complex, the neighbors have no courtesy. You will get a good impression of how the people are by seeing the dumpsters. The recycling dumpster is overflowed every week, and some days blowing out into the street. Thanks to the neglect of neighbors to break down their boxes and dumping illegally. I also see the neighbors speeding in the parking lot all the time and not being courteous to other drivers. When considering both the positives and negatives of Ryan's Run I think this is a great, comfortable place to live. What it really boils down to is that this place is great and the people who live here are not great. Hopefully, this helps! Pros: Large-sized apartment, Plenty of storage space, Large windows and personal balcony, Accessible Parking, On-site Maintenance Crew, Washer, Dryer & Dishwasher in the unit. Workout Gym and Pool, Close to major roadways, Pets are allowed. Cons: The walls are paper-thin, Neighbors are rude and inconsiderate, Waste Management is poor, Not much to do in the area.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Wonderful
December 24, 2020My husband and I just moved in not too long ago. The process between the application and getting approved, etc was very smooth. There were a few glitches with the online system that caused a bit of confusion, but Sabina cleared everything right up and worked with us. She was very polite, answered all of our questions and frequent calls! The community is beautiful, spotless, very quiet, and located near almost any shopping center or food store you can think of. Apartment is spacious (for us two) ...beautiful tall windows, all carpeted.
