One of the better apartments in Columbus
March 14, 2022I've been here for about 4 months now and the staff has been nothing short of friendly and accommodating. On top of that the maintenance guys are rock stars! I've never ever had an apartment be so on top of fixing things. They even helped me move my couch into my apartment, along with helping me mount my tv. They really go above and beyond here which is really hard to find at any apartment because these days you never know what you are going to get. Also very dog friendly.Review from Apartments.com

Mixed feelings
August 11, 2021I have really mixed feelings about this complex. Pros being the office staff, fair rent prices, and super fast maintenance. I don’t think I ever had to wait more than a few hours for maintenance to come after putting in a request. Cons being that the walls are so thin- I could literally hear my neighbors talking at a normal volume, walking, snoring, etc. I also had neighbors that smoked, so my entire apartment always smelled like cigarette smoke. If you’re a nonsmoker, just be aware that these ...apartments allow smoking, and if your neighbors smoke, your apartment (and clothes and furniture) will also smell like smoke. Overall, my experience here wasn’t horrible, but it also wasn’t good enough to stay beyond the end of my lease.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Lovely, quiet apartments!
April 7, 2021I've been living here since December 2020, and have had nothing but a good experience. The area is quiet, and somewhat secluded despite being near a main road. Parking is great, and you can always find a spot right near your apartment. I also feel totally safe, even walking to do laundry at night alone. The staff in the leasing office, as well as the maintenance staff are amazing. During the week, maintenance will always show up within a couple hours of you calling them, even for non urgent ...things. They even helped me hang up a curtain rod! After getting stuck out of state for almost a month, maintenance and the leasing office staff graciously took care of my pets the entire time, and kept all of them happy and alive, without requesting payment. amazing place for couples

The complex is quiet and close to all the stores I go to on a daily basis- perfect location. June 26, 2017I am on my second lease and I couldn't be happier. The apartments are located close to all the stores and businesses you need but far enough away to be peaceful. Driving into the complex is always a pretty sight and the inside of my apartment is so much nicer than all the other apartments of similar price. June 26, 2017I am so grateful to be living at Raccoon Creek Apartments! Especially, for my first apartment. Out of all the wonderful reasons to live here the number one reason to me is the staff because of how easy they make it to live here happily. The entire staff including the maintenance crew are always to the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. Although rare and few, whenever I have had a problem they always react immediately with the correct and most efficient solution. They have ...no problem handing the toughest situations with ease. Which always leaves me content knowing in the end everything will be right regardless of the issue. The staff is always very kind, smiling, and eager to ask how your day is going. I always recommend Raccoon Creek Apartments to all my friends looking to move out. Wonderful place to live
December 5, 2016I feel like family here, I've lived her for 3 years and the leasing staff Stacy and Emily are truly amazing they care about what's going on with me and always check to see if there is anything they can help me with and anything I need. I have never lived somewhere with such a great staff especially maintenance Phil and Chuck always go above and beyond and always check when they finished if they can do anything else they can do or if they notice something they take it upon themselves to fix it ...with out being asked. What more could you ask for?
June 13, 2016July will be one year for my husband and myself. In this day and time, finding an apartment, property management, office staff, maintenance, landscaping, safety, comfort, peace and quiet, ease of access in/out at an affordable price along with integrity, respect and appreciation is beyond myth! It does not exist, well, at least we a year ago this is how we felt. Then we decided to check out Raccoon Creek. How could such a reasonable rate actually have everything that was important to us? Stacy, ...property manager, was nice and showed us the samples for the remodels. We were told we could pick colors, etc as if it was our own. Seriously?! Then we were shown a remodel that was fairly close to being ready. We were in shock at how wonderful it was! Seriously!? We decided to go for it! After serious financial analyzing, we filled out the paperwork. We were told we were accepted and what we needed to do. Everything was beautifully documented and communicated so there were no vagueness about what we, as a tenant, could expect from the whole process. Viewing a video with step by step processes was even a part of the agreement! There is not one thing that we could have asked for that was not provided, given or communicated! At every step the whole team has been 1000% beyond anything anyone could ever imagine or expect as an apartment community. If you enjoy cozy living, more of the less is more, while having your apartment actually feel like YOUR safe haven knowing the property owners, managers, front desk, maintenance, etc. have your back, then please do NOT let this opportunity pass you by.
