Just trying to move in!
December 20, 2022Been trying to get moved in for months. Lady never answers the phone, or returns calls, mailbox always full. You have to physically come down to the office, wait and force her to talk to you. Always some new excuse every time why it’s not ready yet. It wasn’t like that with other management. Disappointed.
May 19, 2022Extremely unprofessional, completely unorganized and under staffed. The one woman working alone it seems like it has her hands full and is constantly on her phone, so I don’t think that helps her get much done. Tried moving into these apartments back in April, was giving not one. But two different move in dates but was never given the keys. Kept getting excuses on why the “ above management “ was having issues. I have sat in the office there for over 4 hours one day just waiting for answers. ...But when asked to talk to someone higher above, was told there was no one “ higher “ than who I was dealing with which I know was not true. But I continued to be patient and polite. It’s been over a month now and they have decided this week to finally call and try to approve me for move in. After I’ve already had to fight to find other agreements. Also after being told they needed move ins so badly- I find it ironic they didn’t attempt to give me a better deal or ask if there was anything they could do since we ALL had worked so hard to get me into this apartment, she had no issue terminating my application. Clearly they don’t need people living there that bad. 0 stars if I could give them.Property Manager Responded
