Truly awful
March 31, 2026Absolutely terrible experience living here, now that my security deposit check has cleared I finally feel comfortable warning other people about this place. I can only guess that all the positive reviews are fake bots. Here is an incomplete list of things I experienced living at the Racquet Club for 1 year. 1. My unit heating gave out in the middle of January, and they gave me two 6-inch space heaters as a band- aid for the weeks it took them to replace it. 2. The “Fitness Center” they ...advertise as an amenity is basically fraudulent. The entire fitness room consists of a treadmill, and outright broken elliptical, and a few weights. Because it is in the clubhouse basement, next to their boiler room, it’s routinely 90 degrees in there. 3. The complex is not clean. Trash and broken glass spills out of the dumpsters, there’s litter around the complex, including a used condom one time on the sidewalk. 4. The complex is also laid out like a maze, including duplicate building names. Good luck directing any friends of family how to drive to your unit. 5. The pool was closed and “reopened” several times during the summer. The writing on the wall is that the pool is not properly maintained and they can’t keep the chemicals at safe levels. 6. The parking lots are so bad and so crumbling you will worry about your tires driving in and out every day. 7. I can’t even say it’s just the facilities and not the staff, because the staff seem to be off their game as well. Maintenance entered my unit unexpectedly because they had the wrong apartment, the office staff send short emails with no signature or formatting, and somehow they charged me another month’s rent even after my lease expired. 8. On top of all of this, there was a freaking toilet brush in the bush right near my front door for the last week I lived there. The Racquet Club is very easy to move into, basically no paperwork involved. If you’re desperate for anyplace to move into ASAP like I was, go for it. December 9, 2025Living here has been a great experience. The property is clean, modern, and well maintained, and everything—from the amenities to the common areas—feels thoughtfully taken care of. I also want to highlight Devon, our leasing agent. She’s been consistently helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. From move-in to day-to-day questions, she’s made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Your car may get stolen or broken into.
August 11, 2025Lived here for two years and had one car get broken into but not stolen and another completely stolen and gone over night. This place is a target for car thieves and criminal activity. Management will not do anything if your car has anything done to it. There are no cameras facing the street/parking lots and they won’t put any in.Property Manager Responded

Poor management and dogs pooped everywhere on the grounds
June 6, 2025I live here currently, and I can’t wait until my lease ends. They rented me a supposedly upgraded apartment which is partially upgraded. They didn’t even provide me a broiler rack in my oven. I never had a brand new stove with no oven rack. I was told I had to purchase my own. My faucets and shower heads are over 30yrs old. My air conditioner has damaged my ceilings 3 times, and I’m waiting for the painters to come again. They don’t trim the bushes. They only trim the bushes where u ride pass and ...see on the outside. Beautiful facilities and amazing staff!
July 12, 2024I just signed a lease here, and I cannot be happier! The facilities, including a small gym, a pool, tennis courts, and the overall landscape, are absolutely stunning. I personally love going on walks, so I knew I had to find an apartment that I would be comfortable walking around and walking to the grocery store. The apartment itself is also just so nice. Since I'm on the first floor I also have a small patio, and I adore it. The entire complex is just so peaceful. The staff are also just so ...courteous and welcoming. I worked with Devon for both my tour and lease signing process. I instantly felt welcomed by her. She answered all of my questions with the genuine honesty you want from someone helping you make such a big decision. Devon made the process super quick and easy. Easy to work with!
August 28, 2023Sierra in the leasing center has been amazing to work with!! Anytime I’ve needed anything, from a maintenance request to documents she has been quick to respond and so pleasant to work with. Maintenance is always quick to make repairs and I never have to wait.
