Good Property at a Good Price

We looked for a 3 bedroom that we could afford for several months. We found this townhome to be nicely redone and plenty of room, even has it's own laundry room inside the unit. Our neighbors are nice and the area is convenient. So far we are happy with our choice.

Stay away! The owner of this property is only concerned about getting your money. Moved into a unit with major plumbing issues. It literally took more than 2 weeks, almost three, to get ONE repair of the many issues within the unit. Then, that repair still didn't suffice. We woke up the next morning to the entire bathroom floor flooded. When we presented our termination of lease letter, Donna tried to blame things on us. She is nothing but money hungry. Save yourself the headaches. Her office ...
employee, Shelbi, is completely useless. Even the on-call maintenance(because the property does not have a full-time maintenance) called her stupid and an idiot. She is very unprofessional from the inside and out. Now, we are forced to move out and forfeit our delist and prorated rent even though we are moving due to owner/landlord default. Donna expects for us to pay her almost three grand for literally living there only three weeks and giving her a list of issues ON THE NIGHT THAT WE GOT THE KEYS. Please, please stay away.
