I can confidently say this is one of the best apartments in Downtown Cincinnati where you feel extremely safe and at home. Excellent friendly service
October 26, 2020We have lived in Radius at the Banks for 3 years and love it! A few days ago an earring fell down the bathroom sink drain. I submitted a maintenance request on the app, and less than 2 hours later, a member of the maintenance team knocked on our door. He quickly retrieved my earring and mentioned the drain was running slowly, so he cleared that too! This was typical of the responsiveness and pro activity of the Radius team. An Apartment with a View
October 23, 2020I have lived in a 1 bedroom apartment at the Radius at the Banks for a year and it is a great community! The gym and pool are wonderful add-ons and the apartment itself is spacious. I loved waking up to a view of the Roebling Bridge each morning and the location is unbeatable! I would have given 5 stars but there is some noise associated with living at the Radius. If you are a light sleeper I would recommend living in apartments overlooking the pool.Review from Apartments.com

October 22, 2020I moved into Radius at the Banks in August and have had the best living experience. The apartments are gorgeous with amazing amenities and great views. Radius at the Banks is a great location to live. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, I can walk to work, and I can exercise along the river!
