December 13, 2024Helpful management. Been here only a few months but they’ve been very helpful and maintenance is fairly fast. The amenities are also pretty good. Personally rooms are a bit on the smaller side but I’m not sure if that’s just how Seattle rooms are.Property Manager Responded

July 29, 2024Living at this apartment community has been a generally positive experience with a few areas for improvement. The management team is friendly and usually responsive, although we faced delays in getting our assigned parking space, which was quite inconvenient. Maintenance requests are handled well, though non-emergency issues can take a few days to be addressed. The amenities are good, with a well-equipped gym and clean pool, though the communal lounge could use more seating. The location is ...excellent, with easy access to grocery stores, public transportation, and great restaurants. The property is well-maintained and clean, and I feel safe walking around at night, thanks to regular security patrols. However, there are occasional noise disturbances from weekend parties. July 4, 2024I moved in less than one week. I feel very comfortable for the excellent facility and easiness environment. The deck on the eighth floor is very joyful for BBQ. There are also lounges where you may enjoy the breeze and warm sunshine. The gym is good as well.Property Manager Responded
