January 19, 2026Radius Orlando has honestly been quite amazing so far and has truly exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism shown by the entire staff has been outstanding. It’s refreshing to live in a community where you can genuinely tell that the team cares about both the property and the people who call it home. The amenities are really great and thoughtfully maintained. While the apartment finishes weren’t exactly what I initially ...envisioned, they are more than good enough and honestly, that becomes very easy to look past when you’re supported by a responsive, attentive, and professional staff. That kind of service makes all the difference. Work orders have been completed and repaired quickly, and communication from the team has been swift, clear, and reassuring whenever I’ve had questions or concerns. October 11, 2025I needed to leave my old apartment building asap due to several pest issues and bad management. Throughout my apartment hunting, I came across radius orlando. I have never been more impressed with how quickly Manny and Gio attended to my request to find a 1 bedroom apartment. Manny was extremely helpful, quick to respond, and found me a unit in under 1 week that fit my standards. Good communication is a huge green flag in my books! October 2, 2025I recently moved into Radius Orlando and I cannot find one negative thing to say about the property or its staff. I love the location!!! It's close to everything and the property is quiet and safe at night. Spacious apartments, knowledgeable staff, plenty of parking, I couldn't ask for more.
