    Radius Apartments in Orlando is awesome! The leasing team is super friendly and makes everything a breeze. The amenities are legit—great gym, cool hangout spots, you name it. The location’s perfect, right near all the fun stuff in Orlando. Plus, the building’s always clean and looks brand-new. Totally love living here!

    I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly.     I recently moved into Radius Apartments, and my experience so far has been great. The apartment is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The building has nice amenities like a rooftop pool, gym, and lounge areas. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect—close to parks, restaurants, and public transport. I’m still settling in, but I’m happy with my decision to move here and looking forward to making this place feel like home.

    My experience here at radius just keeps getting better and better. Leasing office is so accommodating and they feel like family and it’s nice to see them around the property all the time the maintenance department is spot on. I’m used to waiting 4 to 5 days for a maintenance request to be done but at radius it’s done within 24 hours or less. I can’t say enough good things about this place, the only thing that annoys me is the fact that I did not move here sooner.

    Couldn’t have been better, wife & I were moving back to Orlando from Texas and you guys made sure the transition was as easy as possible. There was a few speed bumps a long the way but Kale stepped up and took care of them. He made sure we had everything we needed ! We appreciate you guys!
