April 23, 2026So far so good! Excellent location by Lake Eola. Lease/property management team is helpful with questions. Plenty of parking. Printer is hard to figure out in the community room, not sure if it works.Review from Apartments.com
Love everything about this place!
April 13, 2026Orlando has always been the place I wanted to settle. The moment I entered this apartment building and was greeted by Emmanuel, I knew I was in the right place. The apartment building offered a sense of warm, comfort, and security. The staff were all friendly and very helpful. Emmanuel did an amazing job accommodating me from start to finish! He treated me as if I was an old friend, and was very on top when it came to communicating with me, especially if I had inquiries. Everything from the tour ...to the move in has been nothing short of amazing experience. Safe to say I am confident that I’m off with a good start by choosing Radius Apartments as my new home!Property Manager Responded

March 12, 2026The walls and particularly the doors could definitely be thicker/have better sound insulation. I can hear my neighbor if we are both in the bathroom at the same time. A light conversation in the hallway is clearly audible inside the apartment(and walking in the hallway, hearing what people do inside their apartment is very common) That being said, the amenities are great! Just moved in, been an amazing experience so far
March 3, 2026My fiance and I just moved into the Radius from Las Vegas, NV. Giovanni, our leasing agent is nothing short of amazing, from when we first toured the radius back in August, to when we moved in a few days ago, he could not have been ANY more helpful, kind and accommodating. We’ve met several other staff members in passing, many neighbors on the elevator, and everyone has been awesome. January 19, 2026Radius Orlando has honestly been quite amazing so far and has truly exceeded my expectations. From the very beginning, the level of care, attention to detail, and professionalism shown by the entire staff has been outstanding. It’s refreshing to live in a community where you can genuinely tell that the team cares about both the property and the people who call it home. The amenities are really great and thoughtfully maintained. While the apartment finishes weren’t exactly what I initially ...envisioned, they are more than good enough and honestly, that becomes very easy to look past when you’re supported by a responsive, attentive, and professional staff. That kind of service makes all the difference. Work orders have been completed and repaired quickly, and communication from the team has been swift, clear, and reassuring whenever I’ve had questions or concerns.
