    Everyone is nice. Everything is close. I enjoy walking as well. Staff is very helpful. I believe that I will stay here for a while if everything stays the same.

    My resident experience has been great! My boyfriend and I moved in August and we have had a great time so far. The amenities are always clean and ready to use and the location is close to a lot of good restaurants.

    Radius Apartments in Orlando is awesome! The leasing team is super friendly and makes everything a breeze. The amenities are legit—great gym, cool hangout spots, you name it.     I’ve had a great experience living at this apartment complex. The staff is friendly and responsive, and maintenance requests are handled quickly.     I recently moved into Radius Apartments, and my experience so far has been great. The apartment is clean, modern, and well-maintained. The building has nice amenities like a rooftop pool, gym, and lounge areas. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the location is perfect—close to parks, restaurants, and public transport.     My experience here at radius just keeps getting better and better. Leasing office is so accommodating and they feel like family and it’s nice to see them around the property all the time the maintenance department is spot on. I’m used to waiting 4 to 5 days for a maintenance request to be done but at radius it’s done within 24 hours or less. I can’t say enough good things about this place, the only thing that annoys me is the fact that I did not move here sooner.
