Constant Noise and No Maintenance Response The Building Manager Vickie and Leasing Agents are amazing.
I have a resident above me who constantly makes INTENTIONAL NOISES such stomping while walking, moving furniture across the floor daily, overloading the washer and letting it spin and make the loudest rattling sounds. I have put in number pjs courtesy calls because the noise is constant all day and night even throughout mandated quiet hours.
The Maintenance Team is very lackluster to say the ...
least, I have an unresponsive maintenance request for about 3 weeks now.
The Property has a lot of potential and I really do love the location and amenities.

????? Amazing Place to Live! I have really enjoyed living at Radius West Midtown. The community is clean, quiet, and well maintained. The amenities are always in great condition, and the location is convenient with plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. Amenities at Radius are excellent. They are also pet friendly and have all amenities for your pet as well. Staff is friendly and place is clean and pretty. Tall entryways, gorgeous lobby, beautiful gathering room, gym, courtyards with grills and firepits, and so much more. I truly recommend you going to see for yourself because there is way too much to list as far as nice features this place affords you to access and enjoy for free.

Honest Review I was really excited about moving into this community, but my experience so far has been a bit rocky. On move-in day, my car was unexpectedly booted, and I discovered that both the toilet and dishwasher weren’t working, even though I had signed my lease months in advance. I’ve also been waiting for almost two months for a repair to my ground-floor weather seal, which has been allowing bugs to come in. Just last night, I even found a bug on my bedroom headboard, which really freaked ...

There was also an error with my rental concession, and I was charged the full amount for rent instead of receiving the agreed-upon discount. The leasing office said they could only apply a credit, but the property manager stepped in to help me get the issue resolved. I was really grateful for her communication and follow-through. Unfortunately, the first refund check I received bounced, which was stressful, but she made sure the situation was corrected.
I can tell that both maintenance and the property manager are doing their best, but it seems like there are internal system issues that make it harder for things to run smoothly. I truly hope these concerns can be addressed soon so that residents can enjoy the quality living experience this community has the potential to offer.

My experience so far I moved in on Friday, July 18th, and I want to give a big shoutout to Ahmad for being patient and waiting for me to arrive from Nashville. My unit is nice, although there is a lot of foot traffic in and out of the building. Being on the ground floor, I tend to notice more of these things.
One concern I have is that some residents leave the outside gate open, which raises safety issues since it allows unauthorized people to enter the property. That’s something I hope will be ...

When I moved in, my toilet wasn’t working. Thankfully, emergency maintenance came quickly and resolved the issue. I really appreciated how thorough and professional Antoine was — shoutout to him as well!
One major issue I experienced was receiving a boot on my car, even though I live here. I’m still unsure why that happened, and I would really like an explanation. I shouldn’t have to worry about getting booted at my own residence.
Overall, I’m giving this a 3 out of 5. There are some things I do like about the apartment, but the safety concerns and car situation definitely need to be addressed.
