Rude representatives in the office
August 12, 2024I called to inquire about availability of apartments , both the male as well as the female who called me back about my inquiry were very rude and curt . It’s completely understandable if there are no apartments available however if for some reason one of your rentals become available you should be at the minimum courteous to those inquiring if they would view you as an option to rent in the future . The interaction on the phone is enough to deter those shopping around for apartment …Review from Apartments.com
